Since beginning his appraisal career in 2019, Ian has built a reputation for thorough, reliable valuations across southeastern Pennsylvania and northern Delaware.
Before entering the appraisal profession, Ian spent years in talent acquisition and recruitment — experience that sharpened his eye for detail, research skills, and ability to deliver under tight deadlines. Originally from London, England, Ian now calls southeastern Pennsylvania home and brings a genuine appreciation for the communities and neighborhoods he serves.
